Introduction
The Sysinternals Troubleshooting Utilities have been rolled up into a single Suite of tools. This file contains the individual troubleshooting tools and help files. It does not contain non-troubleshooting tools like the BSOD Screen Saver or NotMyFault.
The Suite is a bundling of the following selected Sysinternals Utilities:

原来，这个补丁包仅支持以上5种语言(English, French, German, Japanese and Spanish)，但是Hyper-v Server 2008 R2在安装时，会默认安装11种语言，为了保证功能正常，在安装此Service Pack的时候，就会出现以上提示。

微软，万众瞩目的焦点，今天正式公布了 Internet Explorer 9 Beta的发布日期，9月15日。据消息称，大头微软将在这一天，在旧金山举行一场名为"Beauty of Web" 的盛会，以庆祝这一对于他们，甚至是千万网民的节日。Internet Explorer 9 将仅仅能够使用在 Windows Vista 或者 Windows 7 系统上，我们的好朋友 XP 就不得不和它说拜拜了。现在留给我们最大的悬念是，IE9的到来，会不会让我们看到一直都慢一步的 IE 可以在这个重要时刻超越 Chrome 或者是 Firefox。或许从现在开始，你可以重新计划一下，你的电脑上又将使用哪些浏览器呢？
这个最新的Bing主题包是微软提供的首个RSS订阅主题。事实上，这也是微软的首个动态主题包，其内容并没有固定，用户可以从网上随时获取新的壁纸。
微软在描述这款主题时解释说，这款Windows 7主题会通过RSS自动升级。之前微软通过Windows个性化提供的Windows 7主题都是内容一定的主题包，但是Bing动态主题却会自动升级，为用户不断更新壁纸。
